Career Social Refund & Cancellation Policy

Career Social is a trading name of PCVW Ltd.

Membership Payments
Career Social operates as a subscription membership.
Membership options currently include:
Monthly
Quarterly (every three months)
Annual
Membership fees are charged in advance.

No Long-Term Contract
There is no minimum membership period.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation
When you cancel your membership:
no further subscription payments will be taken
your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period
access will automatically end once the current billing period expires
For example:
A monthly member cancelling on the 10th of the month will retain access until the end of that paid month.
An annual member cancelling six months into their subscription will continue to receive access until the end of the paid twelve-month period.

Refunds
As membership provides immediate access to digital resources, downloadable content and member-only materials, payments are non-refundable once processed.
This applies to:
monthly memberships
quarterly memberships
annual memberships
Refunds will not normally be issued where:
resources have been downloaded
live sessions have been attended
recordings have been accessed
membership has simply not been used

Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered where required by applicable consumer legislation or in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of PCVW Ltd.
Each request will be reviewed individually.

Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed:
membership access may be suspended
access may be restored once payment has been successfully received

Price Changes
Career Social reserves the right to amend membership pricing.
Members will receive reasonable notice of any future pricing changes.
Existing promotional pricing will apply only for the promotional period stated.

Closing Your Account
Following cancellation and expiry of membership:
access to member content will cease
live session recordings will no longer be available
downloadable resources may no longer be accessible
community access will be removed
Members are encouraged to download any personal notes or completed workbooks before membership ends.
